Manganese ore processing:

The run-of-mine manganese ore mining process involves crushing, washing, screening etc.

In the manganese ore crushing plant, the manganese ore is crushed according to the size and grade. The capacities of the stacks vary from 200t -1000t each. Manganese ore crushing:

The manganese ore is fed into primary manganese ore crusher for reducing the large size ones into smaller. After the crushing process, grinding mill like ball mill will grind the crushed ore into powders for refining in the blast furnace.
